1.0 Introduction
Borealis gives you the option to export report information to an Excel spreadsheet or a PDF. The transaction reports screen allows you to export the current page or all the listed pages. Typically reports are printed after you have filtered the data to only include specific system data.
2.0 Filter the Transaction Data
The following steps explain how to use the filter functionality to only display access events for a specific cardholder.
- From the main menu click on Reports >> Transactions.
- On the Message Type Group column use the filter to select only access granted message types.

- Go to the cardholder column and click on the filter icon.
- Enter the first name, last name or full name of the cardholder.
- Click the FILTER button.
- The transaction reports screen now only displays access granted events from the specific cardholder.

3.0 Export the Transaction Report
- Click the PDF current page tab.

- The report will be immediately downloaded to the host PC and will typically be found in the Downloads folder.
- Click the downloaded file to view the PDF of the report.

- If there are multiple pages of events information click on the All Pages tab.
