Delete/Archive all Cardholders, Credentials and PINs

Delete/Archive all Cardholders, Credentials and PINs

1.0 Introduction

Borealis gives the System Owner the option to delete all cardholders, credentials and PINs on the system. Typically this would be used if a large block of credentials have been enrolled incorrectly, i.e., with the wrong facility code.

When all cardholders and credentials are deleted, the system will generate a CSV backup file. This can be used in the future to restore the most critical data (cardholder names, credential details and PINs but there is some data that cannot be restored (such as multiple assigned access rights). When performing the archive you will be prompted to accept that the backup is not a full database backup.
