Borealis Password Reset

Borealis Password Reset

Keri takes password recovery requests very seriously, taking multiple steps to ensure the validity of the requesting individual prior to providing what is ultimately access to the entire security system as this access control system provides security for the people within the facility being secured.

Borealis password recovery is based on a 3-Point validation system:
Keri verifies the email address of the requesting Operator is actually in the Borealis Admin Panel. We then verify their secret password and answer for Point 1 validation.

Keri then asks the Operator for the phone number they applied to their account. We check that number is correct, and if correct, we call them back on that number for Point 2 validation.

The Operator then must email us a Request to Transfer from the old Operator to the new Operator and the email must come from the email address used by the no-longer accessible Operator account for Point 3 validation.

Should the Operator be unable to meet all three validation points, Keri will require the Operator to provide an image of a government issued ID on company letterhead to ensure the security of the access control system.

Please complete the password reset form to begin the password recovery process. Keri’s Inside Sales staff will contact you within one business day:
