Add an Organization User

1.0 Introduction

The following steps explain how to add an additional user to your Organization.

Notes:

You must be logged into Borealis as the Organization owner if you wish to add additional Organization users.
The following steps assume you have already created an Organization and it is displayed in the user interface as 'Approved'.
An Organization user will not automatically be added to systems which are managed by the Organization. The user's e-mail will also need to be added as an operator to any system which the user requires access to.

Using a web browser, go to keri.aetheros.net.
Log into Borealis with your registered e-mail and password.
From the main menu on the left, click on Organizations.
The Organizations screen will appear and your Organization should be displayed.
Click on the Organization name.
The Organization details screen will appear.
Near the top of the screen click on the Organization Users link.
On the right side of the screen click on the ADD USERS button.
Enter the e-mail address for the new user.
Click the SAVE button.
The new user will be added to the Organization.
An e-mail will also be immediately sent to the e-mail address of the new user. This e-mail is just a notification and the new user will not have to verify their user account.
